Bob Weir, Phil Lesh Jerry and friends wrote Beautiful songs that touched me. And always will.
Nice nice hummable.. like.
cool song. ((sings along))
I thought Greatful Dead was metal, haha, but they are folksy, pleasant surprise.
One of the greatest dead songs ever. thanks.
They seem to have a lot of songs and some are hit or miss. The ones I’ve really enjoyed from their greatest hits are:
-Casey Jones
-Touch of Grey
-Truckin’
-Uncle John’s Band
-Friend of the Devil
-Ripple
-Box of Rain
Thanks!
“We will get by” tarararara “We will get by” tarararara “We will survive”…. as feel good as a song can get. Thank you Jerry Garcia and Friends.
This used to be my start of the day song for many years. Just as good to hear it in the latter part of the day as well!
I’ve just recently become interested in the grateful dead, and have downloaded scarlet begonias and friend of the devil (both of which i love) i’ve also downloaded touch of grey and i’m not a huge fan of that one…can anyone reccomend to me some other dead songs that I may enjoy??!!!
I am trying to find a good few starter albums to listen to of the Grateful Dead to listen to. I listen to classic rock (The Who, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin) but i like new stuff too. I really enjoyed “Touch of Grey”. What albums would be good to begin with, anyone?
Thanks
NOt much of a fan but do like touch of gray…what r some other songs that were popular by them that I might know???
